Our Commitment
Fujitsu Client Computing Limited and its subsidiaries duly maintain sound business relationships with our suppliers, customers, business partners, and government officials or affiliated groups, and shall conduct fair trade in every country we conduct business with, adhering to its local laws and regulations. Furthermore,we will ensure to explain the same requirements to our designated distributors, agents, and other business partners. We strictly prohibit our directors, officers, and employees from the following types of offering and receiving that will lead to bribe activities.
Persistent invitation or offering of goods or hospitality
involving entertainment or travel as if
to induce business
with us or intentionally entice counterparties to enter into a
business relationship
Persistent offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving, directly or indirectly, of anything of cash value to or from any parties, such as gifts, entertainment, or favors exceedingly over common and socially acceptable value or inappropriate to ordinary courtesy to exchange with
Gift Policy
We only offer or accept such gifts or services to the extent that the following conditions are fully met and duly follow our company policies.

Such gifts or services that can be generally assessed in reasonable value and customarily acceptable;

Such gifts or services considered to be customary and appropriate practices in the countries concerned and entail no business risks if they are disclosed in public;

Such gifts or services that do not expect special favorable treatment in return; and

Such gifts or services that are legally authorized to be exchanged in the country and either party duly approves them under its company rules and procedures
Reporting Requirement
In the event of any doubt or concerns of bribery, we ask all directors and employees to immediately report the matters to their superiors or the whistle-blowing office, raising utmost awareness of these procedures.
Once we acknowledge such reporting, we will conduct investigations necessary and other improvement measures to prevent and eradicate bribery or similar activities, followed by appropriate corrective actions in place.
We will protect such whistle-blowers whether their contents are correct or not.
